Well, I forgot to mention that if you are not using the Visual Editor, you should write the html code for the image url. I've updated the Readme accordingly for this.

Well, I am a big fan of friendly url and Wordpress cannot do that alone without the help of a .htaccess file. I'm not sure but I suspect that you do not have that and thus it have that wierd page_id thingy. Btw, please select "Archive Template" for the Archive Page.

Your .htaccess file and permalink redirect is not yet working properly. Please double check that. My Photos is the bare bone setup with some links change and I think issues are yet to cropped up!

After installing Wordpress some months ago, I looked long and hard for a WP photo template, to no real avail. Other, alternative, software apps just didn't provide what I was looking for i.e. something simple and elegant that would display the current photo without any "noise". Yes, it would be a terrific bonus if exif data was integral but I can quite understand why you "reserve the right to just release this basic version and decide what to do with the advanced version".

But can we tempt you otherwise?

Hello I have the same problem as Repoz.
I created a .htaccesss file and when I choose another setting under options - permalinks my access file is updated automaticaly

when i create new posts and try to view them I get an error 404

When I go back to (ugly) default links I can view my posts but the links to archive and about are not working.

offcourse I can change the links in your header file to direct to http://www.jts.dds.nl/index.php?page_id=4
but offcourse it would be nice if the archive was displayed here: http://www.jts.dds.n/archive

any suggestions?

yes I understand, i did use the archive template..
And tried everything suggested by you or Repoz...
but it isn't working

it is a unix serever, but maybe it doesn't support mod_rewrite
is there another way around this problem?

Thank you for this great theme. I'm using it on my site. But i have a weird problem with this theme. Google just indexed pages of my site but most of the pages indexed are the comment feed. I don't even have any comments...
When i type site:mysite.com in google i see tons of pages like these: mysite.com/wp-commentsrss2.php?p=xxx
Any idea why ?
